Following are suggested criteria for inclusion in your
request:

tissue, fluid, organ, animal, plant)
+ Quantity
+ Tissue disease state, or healthy/normal
+ Requirements for prospective or archived specimens
+ Method of specimen acquisition
+ Culture medium requirements
+ Preservation temperature (minimum and maximum ranges)
+ Processing and handling requirements
+ Shipping and logistical requirements
+ Age of sample limitations
+ Characterization, such as associated medical data
+ Patient demographic data (age, sex, race, ethnicity, height,
weight, etc.)
+ Proof of patient consent/IRB-Ethics documentation
+ Your urgency (Must have specimens by: Specify
deadline)
+ Other
